When I’m feeling overwhelmed, one of the first things I do is look for a quick pick me up. Sometimes that’s bingeing on memes, cat videos, or music. Yet, I’ve found that the quickest way to get out of my overwhelm funk is through quotes. In the middle of feeling overwhelmed it’s highly unlikely you can find the words to pull yourself out of it. Luckily, you don’t have to because some great mind somewhere went through it already and shared their words with the world.
